You'll see "Your Pledge" and "Your Pledge Level" next to that.
You should be able to click on Your Pledge Level itself (in blue) which will pop up a list of what's included in your current pledge tier.
At the top of that window should be a button that says "Switch Pledge Levels?"
Click that and you will see a pop-up list of available tiers that you can switch to:
The SLIPCASE SET is at the bottom of that list. Just select that new tier and press "Switch" to make it official! :)

Gilded pages pix! Plus: Feedback Survey link

Hey everyone!
Hope you're doing well - we got gilded! We were thrilled to find a box in the mail today with copies of the slipcase edition book blocks (the printed pages without a bound cover) with thesilver and gold gilding on the edges! And they look SWEEEET! Check 'em out!
We knew they'd look nice, but we didn't realize how reflective they would be -- you can actually see reflections in the side... like actual metal! You might not be able to tell from the above pix, but here are a few more showing the edges together, and then fanned out (where the gilding literally disappears... so cool...)

Seriously, if you haven't upgraded to the slipcase edition yet, you still have time to change your mind... this is going to be a GORGEOUS set (and we're only making 1000 of them with only about 300 left...!)
Now that we have approved the gilding, they will start final mass production. We'll share more pix as final sets roll off the line.
Bonus items ordered
We've also submitted all of the designs for the ancillary item printing and manufacturing. Mathieu provided some cool designs for the stickers and a ton of great material for the sketchbook, so these will also be really cool. We'll share pix as they arrive!
As things stand, we're right on track for November fulfillment (barring any unexpected further delays in shipping... things are still stressful around the world, and we're still waiting for shipping to get back to "normal", if that's even possible...) We'll keep you posted!

Slipcase wet proof!

Hi everyone!
Hopefully, that update title didn't disturb anyone or gross anyone out... it's actually printer-lingo for a "printed sample with all of the planned treatments" -- such as spotUV, machine graining, foil stamping, etc, all wrapped onto an actual copy of the item in question. In this case, it is referring to the test build from the printer of the SHANGRI-LA Slipcase that we just received in the mail!
That last photo is a nice close-up showcasing the nice linen-textured machine graining being applied to not only the slipcase but the books themselves. HOWEVER...
What you see in the photo isn't how it will look on the finished product -- the factory applied the gold foil to the cover first and then applied the linen graining ontop of that. We designed it so that the foil would be stamped on TOP of the graining so that the gold printing will be more smooth and plate-like (like circuit printing). So while what you see above is a nice indication of the slipcase in progress, the final will look evencooler... ;)
We also received similar wet proofs of each book's casewrap with linen texture and foil, but a) the graining was over the foil, and b) they got kinda wrecked in transit from Hong Kong, so they are just covered in wrinkles and creases, which just didn't photograph well at all. :( I hesitate to share them as so as not to worry anyone about the final quality. (Trust me -- these will be primo...)
Mathieu and I have been trading emails about the sketches and designs about the ancillary stretch goal items. He has a few ideas for the stickers which he will get to me once he returns from holiday next week.
We'll share pix as they develop! :)

And it occurred to us that some of you might be confused as to where to find it...
Since this is our first gaming project from a separate creative department focused primarily on gaming, we chose to group those projects under a different Kickstarter account: MAGNETIC PRESS PLAY. So you won't necessarily get a notification from Kickstarter pointing you towards those projects (until you back one).
And since it is primarily a tabletop game project, it is listed in the GAMES/TABLETOP category.
But to make it easy, you can just go to www.carbon-grey.com, which will take you straight to the campaign page!
A couple of other big tabletop games dropped this morning too, so we're kind of caught in the blast zone of those goliaths, but please help us out on Day-1! We need all the launch momentum we can get! :)

Just a quick update to the previous update -- while the CARBON GREY RPG project mentioned in the previous update focused on the game itself, we wanted to spotlight the fact that the CARBON GREY Kickstarter is also offering a deluxe, 300+ page Omnibus Hardcover collecting and re-editing the complete, sold-out 10-issue comic series by Hoang Nguyen, Khari Evans, Paul Gardner, and Kinsun Loh!
